what a great looking product with a long battery charge to get that work done in record time .and with a battery charger and buy and extra one a person could get the trimwork done in a day

This has a 16 inch cut path and runs for 43 minutes on the fully charged 80V 2A Battery. The battery is rapid charge and takes about 30 minutes to charge. The motor is brushless and provides more power and is very durable. The split shaft design is great because it makes the product great for storage. The weight of the product is between 18-20lbs. The line size is 0.080 dual line and can be picked up at Lowes for a refill. Greenworks made another tool that is durable, reliable, and priced right.

My dad had bought this exact one at Lowe's last year and I had to borrow it to trim my lawn. Let's just say after one use I went to Lowes the next week and bought one for myself.

Perfect weed eater for me

We bought this 60volt Greenworks weed eater 6 months ago at Lowes. It was perfect for clearing our yard. Has plenty of power and easy to maneuver around objects in the yard. I have a bad back, and the weight is not too much for me to handle. We decided to go "gas-less" and purchased a 80 volt mower this winter. Can't wait for spring to cut the grass! So far Greenworks tools have been great, no complaints.

Lightweight , great balance

Trims around my acre plus yard with no issues . Battery life is excellent. Easy to use and so very quiet . Had a big heavy duty gas trimmer ... gave it away . I had the 40 volt one previously, this has more power and lasts longer .

I’ve always been a gas-name-brand trimmer guy, but this 60v Greenworks trimmer has swayed me! First off, how nice is it that I don’t wreak of gas fumes after doing yardwork! My wife doesn’t even realize I was edging while she napped! LOL. It certainly does NOT lack in the power department. It is a little different on the power feed, you squeeze the trigger and wait a second or two for the motor to wind up to the speed you desire…. after a few minutes I was used to it and had the timing down. I REALLY tested it by dragging it through some THICK thatched grass, and it minced it like a Ninja Blender on high! The ‘whirl’ of the motor/string assembly is gratifying, knowing it’s getting the job done WITHOUT GAS! I just got in from edging my acre lot and the battery still had two green LEDS of power on the battery! Now that is awesome!

• not having to mix gas

• removable head for other attachments is awesome

I see a lot of green in my future, Greenworks that is, this string trimmer is AMAZING! I look forward to adding some attachments to it in the near future! It’s balanced so nicely, I’m sure adding additional equipment and conquering other jobs will be a snap!
