Couldn't be easier to use.

This is my second Greenworks string trimmer. This one is much easier to use and the battery holds up for a surprisingly long time. The ease of use is amazing and it gets the job done in a hurry.

When my gas trimmer died three years ago, one of the shops where I tried to get it fixed suggested I consider an electric, even though he didn't sell or service electrics. I had never even considered it, but on his suggestion, I purchased a Greenworks 60V trimmer with a brushless motor. My house sits on a 1/4 acre lot, so I'm able to get through all the trimming on a single charge, even though the whole back yard has a wooden fence. If I trim all the sidewalks and curb at the front of the house, I do need an extra charge.
Six months after purchasing my trimmer, the switch became intermittent. Sometimes the trimmer just wouldn't run, then suddenly it would begin running. I suspected the problem to be with the electronics, not the switch. I called Greenworks, and they quickly shipped me a brand new unit. I haven't had any trouble since.

Light and easy to use

Bought this to replace an old gas powered trimmer. Great decision. Much lighter, far easier to carry around and power plus battery life is more than enough. I’ll never lug around a heavy gas trimmer again.

It is powerful. Easy to use snd operate
I have a large piece of property that I cannot acres with a mower and have used this for control weeds grasses with ease and leaves the area looking great!
I use it for edging as well

Works very well and beats carrying a hot gas motor around. Customer service is great. I had a battery that was not charging correctly and they sent me a new one.

After using my Green Works mower does one year I purchased the trimmer. Works great no more fighting to crank a gas trimmer or keeping up with the gas and oil. Put the charged battery pull the tiger and you are working. Love my Green Work equipment

I have two greenworks trimmers. The button on the eariler version was constantly sticking. I paid for replacement parts that did not solve the issue.
Then, I was foolish to buy the second trimmer when the sales associate showed me the newer version with a larger (improved) button. Same exact results.
