Comfortable Length and much more quiet!

This was another one of my Mother's Day gifts (Yes, I LOVE yard work!) that we decided to purchase because the price was right with the battery, even though I already have another brand. Good to have back up! It is a bit taller as well, which is good after a couple of back surgeries. Bonus: Quiet motor in comparison to old weed eater, doesn't upset the dogs or cats =)

The overall battery life is dependent on many factors such as where they have been stored, charged, and handled. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. It is recommended to store the battery with a full charge, and if it is being stored for a period where no use is expected, to check on the charge every couple of months. If you notice the charge has dropped, we advise charging the battery back up to full before returning it to its safe storage place. Following these steps will ensure you receive the most of the battery life. If the battery has been stored with little to no charge for a long period of time, the battery will go into recovery mode, which will take 24 hrs to recharge. This helps enhance the life of the battery. Once it is fully charged, the next charge will return to standard charging. Please know that our batteries are covered by warranty for a 2-year period from the date of purchase. We suggest contacting our customer support center at 1-855-345-3934 or by email on info@greenworkstools.com and one of our representatives will be able to go through some troubleshooting options with you. If necessary, we can also discuss the warranty process and what your next step would be. Just got this 60V Pro combo kit. Fairly easy to assemble only need a Phillips screwdriver. Used for the first time. The String Trimmer is sturdy and powerful. More than enough for most yards. It cut tall grass and weeds easily. You can adjust from 11" to 13" cutting path and there is a high and low speed selector switch with variable speed trigger. It uses .080" line so will cut bigger weeds and trimmer string last longer than .065" line. The low setting worked fine and I didn't even need to use the high setting. There are not many other adjustments as it's pretty basic. No telescoping shaft, rotating shaft for edging or automatic feed. It's bump feed and the only adjustment for the handle is to loosen it with a screwdriver and move up or down the shaft. It works fantastic if you don't need all the bells and whistles. The leaf blower is very nice. Powerful enough for most jobs and no extension cord to drag around. It has a variable speed trigger and Turbo Boost button for extra blowing power when needed. The 4Ah battery is plenty of battery for most jobs and I'll be able to use it in my 21" dual battery port mower as well. Usually I can barely get my whole yard mowed on the 5Ah battery that came with it so this will assure I can even with taller grass and using the self propelled more. It also comes with a charger which will now allow me to charge two batteries at once. Very nice combo kit overall.

Long lasting and does great job

I bought this as part of a kit with the blower lst year. I have been using it for over a year now and it has been working great. I have just over an acre and the battery lasts long enough to trim around my house, fence, garden, and shrubs. I like this so much that I am buying addtional products in this 60V line.

This weed eater is so much more convenient than the gas powered ones. Instant start and battery lasts me over 45 minutes. Looking to buy the 60 volt lawnmower.
