My last one (an old, bottom tier Greenworks model) had a head that was spinning badly unbalanced due to plastic inside breaking down. It was no longer able to spin well enough to cut grass stems. This model with the two wires and vastly smoother spin is doing a fantastic job so far. With the 60V battery being exchangeable with my mower, its also eliminated the problem of running through 2 or 3 small batteries as I used to do.
Pros: Easy to Use, Quiet, Effective, Powerful

Love the easy starting and it has good power.
The 4.0 amp hour battery is definitely a huge benefit. However, the 2.5 amp hour is good for most small to medium sized yards.
Saves on gas and very little maintenance.

It's the perfect amount of run time on 1 battery for her needs and if it's not it charges in 80 minutes. I would highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Convenient, well balanced, lightweight and easy to use for a 70 year old female cutting down thick grasses and smaller weeds on a 30 acre remote parcel. Shoulder strap included even though not listed on box, which is helpful. Uses a thicker .095 string.

Kill the Weeds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is working great so far. We have a fairly large yard and the entire backyard is fenced. I was concerned about having to re-charge in the middle of the chore but it had plenty of power... Only dropped one of the three green bars... Maybe the second by the end. Went hundreds of feet and powered through the grass and weeds (along with volunteer trees). Plenty of power.
I did place the secondary handle lower than the directions suggest as that seemed to help with weight distribution better. This is so much bet than the old gas trimmer.. and my hands and arms were not shaking when I finished (so much LESS vibration).
Great product.
I would recommend this to a friend!
