Amazing power

Have had this trimmer about a week now after purchasing directly from their site and it’s been amazing. So much easier to use and handle than the gas trimmer I’ve had for years. While buying experience was great, but shipping took a little bit. Understandable given the circumstances. Will absolutely look to add more of these 60V products to my garage to complete the set. Highly recommend.

Pros: for about the same price as a noisy and troublesome gas weed trimmer, I was able to get one that is about silent, light and much easier to use. Very pleased so far.
Cons: took a little longer to get than I expected & the guard at the bottom needs to be a bit larger - my legs were pelted with shrapnel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No Replacement Parts

I purchased the light weight trimmer last summer for home use. I called the manufacturer today to check on a replacement spool for the trimmer and they were sorry to say that I needed to check back in June. I do not recommend this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
