Love this trimmer!

Got this a few weeks ago, have used it threes times and still on initial charge. The shoulder strap takes the weight off of your arms.The bump feed works great, and the best feature is you release the trigger to turn it off between places you are trimming around, unlike gas trimmers that run constantly. This saves on battery run time too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The leaf blower is great. It’s light, compact and my 7 and 9 year old love to use it as well as me. It’s strong enough to blow old piles of leaves.
The weed wacker gave me some trouble, but working with Greenworks support was simple, the wait wasn’t too long and the path to resolution was methodical without being scripted.
Highly recommend this product!

The tool itself seems to be of good quality. the battery lasts an appropriate amount of time and there is enough power to cut through St Augustine and some pasture type native Bermuda, so pleased with that part. The reason for only 3 stars is due to the fact Greenworks does not make a replacement string cartridge. To replace the string I have to buy string and wind it myself. It is a process that takes more time than I really wanted to spend with my trimmer being unproductive. In all the sales portion of the trimmer, Greenworks never mentions this tidbit of info. Had I known, I would not have bought this particular product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This trimmer has surprised me with the amount of power it has. Much better than the blue competition. The batter could last a little longer but i have 2 so if need be just switch them. Overall impressed

Greenworks string trimmer issues

I’ve had my green works string trimmer now for a few months and at first it worked fantastic but as of now 6/2021, the battery will not stay locked in the battery slot. It runs for a few seconds and then the battery pops out and shuts it off. Seems a little cheap because it’s only a few months old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
