Pleased with overall operation of the trimmer. Loading the string cartridge was a little tricky but I find that to be the case when first loading any new string trimmer. I found it to be easier to remove the cartridge from the trimmer to load it rather than using the ratcheting method shown in the instruction manual. The string kept getting tangled within the cartridge when trying to load it as instructed in the manual.
As mentioned, very satisfied with overall operation of the trimmer. It’s light, easy to use, has good power and very quiet

Ryobi Expand-it does not work

I just purchased this product few weeks ago for home DIY needs along with many other greenworks set up (chainsaw, mower, hedge trimmer, blower, etc). String trimmer itself seems to work fine but brush cutter attachment from Ryobi does not work. I am experiencing identical issues that many other posted on this product. It spins for a second then stops. I checked the connection over and over. I would like to return this product if possible as attachment capable was a huge reason why I choose this specific unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

40 to one , 50 to one, omg I forgot to get the gas , prime bulb 8 times 10 times , half choke ,full choke... You kidding me, unbelievable ,we all have partook in this kind of madness and insanity. BUT thanx to my pro 60v 4ah trimmer and blower combo life has got a whole lot better,and looks alot better since going green with greenworks and a greenworks combo. Just push trigger and go.
