Better than I had hoped for

Bought this to replace a previous Greenworks tool (I needed a heavier duty one). Still have my older model, but this thing cleared 2' deep, thick foliage including blackberries. Plenty of power. Took some getting used to to keep from getting the long grasses wound up in the drive motor, but after working with it I figures out that using it correctly it would "unclog" itself. The added shoulder sling made a big difference too. Battery charges rapidly and the fan in the charger cooled the hot battery quickly to make charging easy. Would buy again, but if it lasts like my older Greenworks model, I won't need to. (would like it to be a little longer from the handle to the cutter

This trimmer came nicely packaged and was easy to assemble. I was out using it in about 15 min. I really love how easy it is to start compared to gas motors. You just squeeze the handles and it's up and running almost instantly. Same with my Greenworks mower.The battery life is also very impressive. I can mow the whole lawn, switch the battery over to the trimmer, and trim all the edges on one charge. Electric yard tools are the definitely the future.

Packed very poorly and e-mails go unanswered

I received the items and they were packed VERY poorly, I immediately e-mailed a few times to the company but they never bothered to answer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

not as loud as a gas.so hearing protection is optional.ive ur 60v lawn mower for 10 y less vibration than gas.plus it seems whit out gas fumes my allergies arent so bad

It is compatible with Ryobi Expand-It edger attachment. I may also buy the cultivator. The 4Ahr battery is a nice addition to my mower. I might be now able to mow my whole lawn in a day!
