Not worth the money, even when deeply discounted on sale

I bought this despite the negative reviews, hoping for the best. Shortly after I bought it, it was discounted even further and they would not price match as they only price match within 7 days. Be aware of the very steep price you pay for 'restocking' if you choose to return the machine as it defeats the purpose of the return. I am pretty sure they are aware that many folks are not happy and would like to return ....thus the very steep restocking fee. It drips water excessively, it does not remain in the 'on' mode very long if you are a quilter and the water cord is not ergonomically friendly. Save yourself the grief and don't buy this, I wish I had not.

There is no continuous steam and you need to press the button to get it every time. Defeats the purpose of a steam iron and not per the feature.

Works well, not as well as the more expensive models. I’ve had four of them. At the price they are now, and still only partial warranty for one year, I decided to settle for less. The lifespan of the more expensive models is approximately 3 years, despite my scrupulously following maintenance recommendations. Nothing better, but enough is enough.
