This is my 3rd Master Steam Iron in 16 yrs. That should say it all. I never use anything else because no matter what is needing steam or steam ironing, it performs and in record time.

this is my 3rd Rowenta- FIRST do not buy a ROWENTA if it is made in China! You want the Rowentas that are produced in Germany of France. I purchased the Steam master after my last iron died. The anti calc light has been blinking....I have followed the instructions to clean it...light is still blinking! Expensive irons but only last for a short time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is difficult to get replacement parts for these steam iron. For example getting the complete iron that steam the cloth to replace two that feel and break up.

I am very disappointed in this product. It does not steam as it is advertised. It only steams out of the top triangle of the iron, not all 400 steam holes. It does in fact spit water. I had it replaced once and the second time they did not offer replacement but told me that you only see the steam from tje tip of the iron. Very sad
