Love It Because Its So Easy To Use

Before I started using this I used a 30 year old waffle iron when I wasn't using frozen waffles. We have used this waffle maker 3 times since getting this unit from Krups through Viewpoints to try.

I Love This Waffle Maker

This is a great waffle maker. The waffles that I made, which were from a homemade scratch recipe, came out super moist on the inside and nicely crisp on the outside which is the way my family prefers them. The waffles cooked evenly, did not stick, and the color was just right. I also made french toast on this waffle maker which surprisingly came out great. I love the fact that this waffle maker has the removable plates. It made cleaning super easy. My 12-year-old niece was able to easily remove, clean, and replace the waffle plates with no problem. I've used other waffle makers in the past, but this one by far has given me the best results out of them all. I recommend it for sure.

I have made a lot of waffles in my lifetime. They are a top favorite among my children. I love how easy this was to use. There aren't a lot of different buttons, nothing confusing. I recommend reading the manual that comes with it, but you don't HAVE to! I love how the plates come out to be cleaned. What I love the most, though, is the setting. My kids like their waffles soft, a little mushy. My husband and I like ours crunchy. I was able to make the kind the kids like, and then I turned up the setting for the kind I like. And it did not disappoint. They came out perfectly crunchy. I made waffles with regular pancake mix, and then I used Belgian pancake mix. Both turned out excellent. The Belgian waffles were a lot fluffier, and lighter. Overall, I absolutely love this waffler iron, and I think it's worth the money

Never thought making waffles could be so great

This product was excellent for making waffles. I am thoroughly enjoying it. The waffles are perfectly brown, fluffy, and the best part is they don't stick. The waffle iron is easy to clean and detach. Sorry store brand waffles, I have totally converted to homemade waffles.

Excellent Waffle Maker!

Before I begin I'd like to note that I received the Krups GQ502 at no cost to test and review. I've worked in the restaurant industry, so I've had the privilege to use both the at home low end waffle makers and restaurant quality waffle makers. I've used 2 home waffle makers in the past and they always left me dreading the idea of even making waffles. They would make subpar waffles with a huge mess that was a horror to clean. Restaurant makers are not much different when it comes to cleaning but they at least make a decent waffle in a fast time.
