Owned for over a year and still great!

All of the thingd about this waffle maker are great!! The only thing I would change is how it opens. Sometimes its too hot to open and I have to use an oven mit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Latch Broke on the first use

First time using the maker and the plastic latch that holds it closed broke. Would love to get another latch and not have to replace the whole thing

Baker only browns one side of waffle and second Batch doesn’t brown at all. This is on highest setting

Thinner waffles and takes forever

We had an older Krups waffle maker that I replaced with this one and it sucks. Much thinner waffles and takes forever to brown them. They don't taste nearly as good as the older one with the same recipe.

I love this, waffle maker, but...

My wife got this for me for Christmas and i love that we can remove the griddle to wash it in the dishwasher. But, can we also get a griddle that's designed for panini's that fits in this product so that we don't have to buy to separate products?

Like many of the reviews here, we found this waffle maker doesn't cook evenly or thoroughly. Disappointed and would not recommend this product.

I should have taken photo uniform browning, perfect Belgium Waffle. Crispy, brown, the way I like them. Substituted Applesauce for oil 1:1 and still no sticking. No oil spray either.
I would recommend this to a friend!
