It does the thing it says it'll do!

We rent a small home and yard and we're responsible for cleanup, and this helps keep us from having to trash many bags of yard waste that would otherwise to go the landfill, since we don't have a compost option. We didn't want to break the bank on a chipper for cleaning up branches that we prune and other yard debris. This little guy did the trick. It won't do the main portion of any larger limbs, but it'll do long, skinny limbs just fine. The hard part is the feeder. You have to either cut or work around any forks, gnarls, or twists, but with careful feeding you can use other branches to push the parts that don't get pulled through. It has chopped some 1"-ish branches and handles smaller spindly stuff OK, too.

Easy Us

I bought this in November just before it gets too cold and I was looking forward to getting all the limbs cleaned up off the ground. It's just right for those pesky tree limbs that blow off the trees in the fall. I am a woman, so this makes my job so much easier than packing them and hauling them to the dump. I just put my woodchipper up in the orchard and chip there. I do not have to worry much about hauling them off, I put them around the orchard or in the composter. Sure, makes my cleanup so much easier and quicker.

Chipper broke in 30 minutes

I got a half of bag and now it won't turn back on. Went to clean the inside. And still won't start.

Excellent Tool

I wasn't expecting much out if this tool but the price was right and the reviews were good. I am so glad I bought this. The first day we used it for 3 hours without a hiccup. I chewed through branches and the chip sixmze is perfect. We bought it to create bedding for our chickens and it has already paid for itself in bedding costs.
