A bit confusing to assemble. Pics and Trial/Error eventually paid off

Just received it today and finished assembling it. Haven't tried it yet, but everything looks fine so far. The instructions could use some work though; they not really complete and would probably be very confusing for someone without my mechanical background.

Haven’t used it yet. Just put it together. Wish diagrams were darker. Very light to see. But I figured everything out

Worth the money! Makes quick work of DetachingYour lawn. Various settings to go to any depth you want I found the highest depth did very little damage and retrieved a lot of dead grass and it collects the grass too. My only complaint is The grass catcher doesn’t hold a lot of grass had to stop a lot to empty it but other than that, it works great.

Excellent Bang for the Buck

Was looking for an affordable power dethatcher. Got tired of renting one (too heavy to easily pickup and return). Got tired of scheduling a professional too. Easier to DIY. Love the power and how much thatch it pulls up. Took me a while to figure out the best way to work it without having to stop all the time to move the extension cord. But once I got the hang of it, it's a very efficient (and lightweight) machine.
It's not as powerful as pro-model gas powered machine. But for one that sits in my own tool shed and I can use anytime I want and for as long as I want, it's perfect.
And the price is right too. Only used for one season. At the price I paid, once I use it again next year, it'll have paid for itself.
I would recommend this to a friend!
