This was a huge upgrade for me. After 36 years, my old iron quit working. I love all the steam holes on the plate of the iron. It heats up quickly and really does a great job. I am so glad I have this sturdy, efficient and well-made iron.

The iron is a little awkward, butt heavy. In the full steam mode the iron leaks / streams water on the garment. I would have hoped Rowena would have long corrected this issue.
