Since IBM's days in personal computers, the Think Pad has had a great reputation for ruggedness and reliability so when I went looking for a replacement laptop I decided to buy one. Screen brightness is important to me and this E15 has 300 nits which allows me to adjust the brightness to 3/4 which will allow for higher settings when to screen naturally begins to fade over the 5 years I hope to keep it. The keyboard is a delight to use because of the noticeable detents. There are laptops that are lighter and have longer battery power but I only use mine at home so it isn't a bother to me. I rated it 4/5 only because of the slightly shorter battery power.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The correspondence with representatives has been excellent (And, it's my first time working this organization!). It took a bit longer for the delivery once ordered; but, overall it was overly later.

Good speed and handles my light creative needs (corel draw) and Office suite with ease. New to Windows 11 which I'm not loving. Wished I stuck with Win 10.
