Battery life sucks, if the battery was better I’d be happier. I use it for school and work, I have it plugged in then it’s fully charged and it dies so fast and it’s new

They sold me a lemon. the computer freezes repeatedly although brand new, literally used to less than 12 hours. I'm still in the middle of a very long and difficult recovery process and I'm not at all optimistic that it will work. I urge you not to buy this computer.

I ordered this new version so that one day when my laptop dies, I’ll have one available. I am so grateful that Lenovo keeps updating their products, but doesn’t go away from the great features of the original plans. This new version has much better sound, better video quality, the colour is great and the number pad is great to have too! I will be a lifelong Lenovo customer, thank you for the quality service & products.
