Two Units - Double the Features!

These units were included on our new Nauticstar 251 Hybrid and we couldn’t be happier. We’ve had the boat for just over a year and we use these units every time we head out.
Having two units allows us to have charts and navigation on one unit; sidescan, sonar and downscan on the other unit. Windows are easily re-sized depending on your needs and there doesn’t seem to be any lag with that many windows active.
We haven’t added radar and autopilot yet but have tried most all the other features including SiriusXM audio and weather data.
There have only been a couple of times we’ve had the units freeze causing a restart but it didn’t take too long to complete.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Software Glitch

The NSS12evo3S has a software glitch that does not allow you to insert a point along an existing route. This is a known glitch that remains uncorrected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I came to Simrad from Raymarine. I've also had Garmin electronics. I find Simrad to be the most intuitive and advanced. Very, very pleased.

Garmin guy since forever. Switched during build of new boat, glad I did. Perfectly matched with Suzuki motors.
