I love Roku’s features and performance. I’ve used FireTV sticks in the past. Roku is a far superior product. FF & rewind speeds are awesome!

Doesn’t have a power button

I got this a few days ago and I just noticed that the remote doesn’t have a power button. How do I power on/off my tv

Hi Stephanie, thanks for reaching out! This Roku player comes with a Simple Remote that controls the Roku player only. To control your TV, you will still need to utilize your TV remote. If you're looking for an upgraded Voice Remote with TV power and volume functions, choose from the Express 4K+, Streaming Stick 4K, Streaming Stick 4K+, or Ultra. Great streaming device

I had been using a Roku Premium for several years, when it started giving me messages that it was overheating.
I upgraded to the Roku Ultra, and had immediate problems with an HDCP error message that Roku could not tell me how to fix. I ended up returning the Ultra for a refund, but still do not know if I have received the refund.
I purchased the Roku Express, and have had no problems at all with the new device.
