I bought this but thought it was tv control too. Other than that it’s a good product

Recently moved out of state and decided to cut the cord from expensive cable television but was worried how well it would work since my televisions aren't Smart TVs . I bought 2 of the Roku Express for the living and bedroom and I couldn't be more happy with the decision. Love, Love, Love IT!!! One of the best decisions I ever made. They work perfectly, great programming, they are so simple to install and it's up and running in minutes.

It's cheaper than regular cable but it needs to be better on not going in and out not because of the storm keeps shutting down and rebooting

I love these. It has a lot of free to watch material, so it was still great even before I subscribed to streaming channels. It plays smoothly, and is a must have in my house. Also bought a second one for our other tv.

The individual box works as expected. The remotes continuously need replacing as the top row of buttons stop functioning. The service is good. The box is good and does not overheat. It is very receptive to universal remotes. No issues with the associated roku app.
