We always wondered why no one made a powerful portable vacuum that we could walk from the cars, around the garage and up to the entrance mat. This Dyson is wonderful. We are so happy with our purchase..
Not happy !! When using the vacum on high it shuts off before i finish vacuming.I need to use the high mode for vacuming halllways that collect sand. I find using that mode it drains the battery , even though it was fully charged.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience. We sincerely appreciate the time and effort you have taken to provide your feedback. We are truly sorry about the issue with your vacuum shutting off while operating in high mode, particularly during demanding tasks such as cleaning sand from your hallways. We fully understand how disruptive and frustrating this can be. Your input is extremely valuable to us, and we remain dedicated to ensuring reliable performance across all usage settings. Our customer support team is readily available via live chat or phone to assist with battery diagnostics, provide usage guidance, and help identify the most effective solution to restore optimal functionality.
We are long time Dyson vacuum users and this is another reason we stay with Dyson. Suction is very effective with the three levels. We have a lot of small rugs(living in Hawai’i) and the low suction setting is perfect. We don’t really use the turbo much but nice to know it’s there. We also got the docking station with a few extra tools. I would really recommend learning about your Dyson online with the app… get the app! InJOY Your Dyson… it’s phun to clean… mahalo
So easy to use! I didn't think I could be this happy with a vacuum cleaner--a practical device--but to have a lightweight, easy-to-maneuver CORDLESS vacuum has been a game-changer.
The V10 is great. The hardware supplied to install the wall mounting bracket needs improvement. The bracket is wobbly. After continuous use it will fall down. The plastic plug needed to be wider and the sheet metal screw needed to be wider to properly secure the mounting bracket and hold the weight of the V10 with continuous use. Your engineers should have caught this.
