This is the 3rd Dyson I have purchased. It works far better than any other vacuum cleaner I have used. The suction on the cordless is amazing. I use it at least every other day. We have a dog and a cat and this is the best vacuum to pick up pet fur and dander.

It's a very powerful vacuum, maybe a bit awkward to use. I vacuumed the rugs and am amazed at the debris it pulled up. It empties easily and disassembles to components easily.

We bought this to replace an older model. It is good but the main attachment seems very stiff when trying to maneuver around corners, etc. Will this get better with continued use?

Shocked by the amount of dirt and pet hair removed from carpet and furniture! We vacuum frequently, and the carpet didn't even look dirty before we used the Dyson!
Our only complaint is how quickly the battery dies. We aren't able to clean everything on one charge.

Hard to believe after the expense of this machine that critical cleaning parts need to be purchased separately. Unacceptable. Good machine but that makes no sense.

my original version 10 which I’ve had for eight years finally wore out got a lot of use they made a couple of slight changes to the newer model I haven’t used it enough yet to decide if I like it better or worse but still a very good product
