It works like it’s supposed to. It boils water quickly and the shut off valve activates properly.

It seems to work great. Have only used it once. Heated the water up very quickly. I like the fact that it turns itself off after the water boils.

FYI: Model numbers not the same

The model number of my purchased product is RJ11-12-WM.... But when selecting the model from the drop down selections, the choice added two letters onto the end of the model number, that were not on the box.
