Love Chefman products and their ability to outlast their competitors! Stability, longevity and dependability. Our last one just finally fell apart and thus we had to purchase a new one! Thanks Chefman!

I hope this one last longer than our last one which was a different model. It only lasted about a year also on the bottom of the warmer. The only number is RJ – 11 you don’t have that listed without more letters

Very easy to use, instruction manual answered all my questions. Power cord is too short to reach my countertop outlets, had to use extension cord.

I like the look of the kettle design - seeing the water boil and the blue light is mesmerizing. Took 3 minutes to boil to automatic set off. So far it’s working fine and easy to use.

This is just perfect all the way around! The various uses of hot water at my fingertips (hot drinks, cooking, ramen soups for the kids). The easiest way to boil water without having to use the stove!
