Wish the pour spout wasn't plastic

I wish you would have liminated all plastic that comes in contact with the boiling water. Would have been nice to have stainless steel pour spout and not plastic.

I hope this one last longer than our last one which was a different model. It only lasted about a year also on the bottom of the warmer. The only number is RJ – 11 you don’t have that listed without more letters

Very easy to use, instruction manual answered all my questions. Power cord is too short to reach my countertop outlets, had to use extension cord.
