The only problem I have with it is the buzzer that indicates that it's finished was it cycle is way extremely loud and obnoxious other than that the dryer works great
I've owned the dryer for 5 months now and have had3 repair men come out and say there is nothing the matter with the dryer, however they have admitted there shouldn't be all that lint coming out and landing on my patio. Its a straight line less than 6' and after drying my clothes there is always little piles of lint on my patio. The excuse was given that it was my clothes softner doing that. Sorry i've owned different dryers and never ever had this problem Not a bit deal to some but I sit on my patio alot and tired of seeing link rolling down the pavement. My dryer vent is cleaned after each use so that is not the problem. Other wise it dryers ok if you don't mind the link going everywhere.

We see that you are working with one of our agents, and we are confident that they will assist you further with this dryer.
We loved this washer and dryer set so much we bought it again after we lost everything in Hurricane Helene. It has a large capacity for things like bed spreads etc. or larger loads like towels (which we use a lot). Though our first set was less than two years old, the one thing they did fix with these newer models was the obnoxious buzzer when clothes were finished. You could hear that in the next county but the newer model it is more normal. The clothes get dry after most normal cycles unless you overstuff it but the large sized capacity is such a huge benefit. This set is plain jane and doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles but it is more like an industrial or commercial set which was exactly what we were looking for our home.
HOW DO I TURN OFF THE BUZZER?????? Everything else is 5 star but the buzzer is too loud and long and UNNECESSARY in my house.
I would recommend this to a friend!

There isn't a way to disable the buzzer on this model. We will be passing your comments over to our product team to review. That allows us to look for improvements we can make for our models going forward. Thanks again for sharing this.
I have never disliked a dryer more than I do this one! It is terribly loud. It has what I consider limited controls. It dries okay. When the end of cycle buzzer goes off, you can hear it for miles. It is so very loud. I plan on replacing it soon, along with the matching washer, even though they are only a couple months old. I will take the loss of money rather than keep them.

We are extremely sorry to hear of your experience with this washer. You feedback is important to us, and we will be sure to pass these comments regarding the buzzer along to our product team for review, as we're always looking for new ways to improve our products.
Seems to be working great. Washing machine has a large capacity and spins well. Dryer works more effuciently because the washing machine spins well. Will be more energy efficient than old set. Simple controls. Different noise than what I'm used to...but quiet enough.
Purple wire that goes to the heating element burned up and dryer stopped heating 14 months into use. Upon internet searching, this is a common problem with these dryers. Not happy with my "commercial grade" dryer.
