The machine was a scratch and dent purchase. Never buy a Scratch and dent dryer. The drum bangs into the dent. The noise it makes to tell us that the clothes are dry is deafening. Sounds like my smoke alarm going off. Plus the clothes are never dry. Sixty minutes and just damp.

Dries exceptionally well

Very gentle on fabrics-dries without overheating clothes. Large capacity. Simple controls. End warning buzzer sounds twice and is a little jarring but overall a great product.

Lint filter problem

Lint filter receptacle does not catch all the lint. Many lint pieces underneath and below the lint filter and it’s cleaned and vacuumed after every load.

So Far, So Good!

I've just been using it about a month, but so far, the dryer is working as expected. Time will tell if the cost was worth it. My last dryer lasted 24 years and was still working when I decided to replace it. The threat of tariffs and the higher cost of the product inspired me to buy the washer and dryer now.
