Great dryer with an annoying buzzer

This is a well built appliance, with good design but one too many features. The end-of-cycle alert is a seconds long buzzer that is loud, jarring and annoying (think: alarm clock). If that feature could be adjusted I would rate this dryer 5 stars. I'm sure there is a wire that could be pulled to stop the noise but the terrific warranty that comes with the machine would likely be invalidated.
