LOVE THE AGITATOR.

We bought an easy basic washer that has an agitator. It works great ! It's not huge but there is only 2 of us.

The dryer works so good .But i had little over 3 months and the button you push turn on .Not working very good .Got a call in service repair .Hopefully i can get my problem resolved .

I got my washer and dryer are week ago And I am so happy I love it. It washes good. The dryer is amazing. Drives within a half hour. I’ve always loved GE products. My son has a GE old fashion refrigerator which is over 25 years old and it’s still running. Thank you for bringing good things to life 😊❤️

LOUD BUZZER!

The buzzer on this dryer, indicating that your load is complete, is VERY LOUD!!! It would be great if in the basement or garage. However, when in a room close by, it is very annoying.

Good machine, silly design flaw

Good machine, anger inducing design flaw.
The dryer works great, but I needed to switch the opening direction of the door. This turned out to be WAY too complicated - the latch doesn't sit in the middle of the frame, so I need a new latch piece for the door and it is appearing to be a challenge to track down. There is not a SINGLE replacement part listed on the product page, customer service was unable to help after a 10 minute wait, repeated attempts to call back and could not get anyone on the line. I don't know where else to look to find the piece. My dryer is out of commission unless I want to switch the door back to the orientation it is hard for me to use in my space. It is frustrating not being able to find a tiny latch that incapacitates the dryer - this could all be avoided if the latch was placed in the center of the door. Not to mention the annoying buzzer at the end of the cycle. UGHH!
