Good except for excessively loud end cycle buzzer

This is a no frills dryer, which is somewhat disappointing given its price. I ultimately chose it due to limited depth space in my laundry room. I still wanted a good quality dryer that wouldn't be overly loud. I mostly got my wish regarding noise level during drying cycles, but am very disappointed in the obnoxious buzzer that goes off near the end of the cycle. It is very loud and sounds for about 10 seconds. I have to ask "why?". Why such an annoying noise when most dryers now use a much less jarring, pleasant sound. And why oh why must the loud buzz continue for 10 interrupted seconds? As far as I can tell so far, there is no option to disable the buzzer. Even if the laundry room door is closed, the loud buzzer reverberates throughout my home, causing people to jolt in surprise. It's so annoying, I lowered my rating by a star. Aside from this feature, the dryer seems to work well, but doesn't include some of the specialty cycles that are now common on better dryers. That doesn't make it a bad dryer, just more utilitarian.

We value this feedback and we're glad to hear the dryer is working well. This signal is "fixed" and the volume cannot be adjusted. With this unit, the end-of-cycle signal will buzz automatically. Once the timer moves to the OFF position it will automatically shut off.

Very easy to use. All controls are well marked. Really like that it is a "Commercial Quality". Have washed and dried 23 loads in past 2 days.

Buzzer is horrible. Too loud, can’t turn it off.

The buzzer is so loud and there is no way to turn it off. It goes off multiple times to indicate it is done drying. I do not recommend purchasing this dryer if your laundry room is in your home. You can hear it across the house. Hate it.

Great dryer! Loud buzzer

Dryer works wonderfully. The buzzer notifying you they cycle has ended is a bit startling, but overall i have had no issues with the function of the machine.
