Way too loud buzzer!

The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the buzzer. It is the loudest and longest buzzer I have ever heard for an appliance. Plus there is no way to tone it down or stop it easily. Not only would we need to pull out the dryer, we would have to pull out the washer to get to the back panel of the dryer. Then we have to take off the panel and locate the buzzer. At that point we are unsure how to turn it off. Some online videos show wires have to be snipped or taped off. That is crazy. We had no idea the buzzer was automatically on or we would have had the installers take take it off. It really is a nuisance and certainly would wake up any others staying in the condo units.

Dryer/ Just okay

I purchased the washer and dryer set. The washer works great, but I am very disappointed with the dryer for several reasons.
1. The light bulb inside burns out constantly. I have stopped buying new bulbs and just keep a flashlight near by.
2. It does not filter pet hair. We own one Labrador retriever dog and one shorthair cat so our clothes do get pet hair on them. When I open the dryer door after the clothes are finished, lumps of pet hair fall on the floor instead of going in the lint tray. Or maybe the washer is not doing a good job of removing pet hair?
3. Clothing strings get stuck inside the washer. I even tie all the strings on sweatshirts & pants to help prevent this, but it doesn’t help much. See video.

Since you find that your launder garments have pet hair on them, you may find that the pet hairs remain in the tub and on the clothes. This is due to a static cling effect or an electrical attraction between the plastic tub and clothes, especially synthetic fibers and/or napped or brushed fabrics. To eliminate or lessen this problem, try using fabric softener. To lessen the items with strings getting caught between the drum, we advise tucking the strings as much as possible. If any additional assistance is needed, we'd be more than happy to help.

Like the simplicity of the controls. Dryer has performed well in the first two days. Much quieter than our old dryer.
