[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had the chance to spend some time with the HP OmniBook 5 NGAI 14" Laptop (Snapdragon X1, 512 GB SSD, Glacier Silver), and I was genuinely blown away. The new Snapdragon chips are blisteringly fast—almost unbelievably so. I absolutely love the latest HP laptops: they’re incredibly well built, feel genuinely premium, and perform way beyond what “fastâ€_x009d_ usually implies. The display, on-paper specs, and battery life are all excellent too.
Because the Snapdragon is an ARM-based processor rather than an Intel chip, it should handle mainstream, day-to-day work without any issues, and most people will love it. The only potential stumbling blocks are older legacy apps or virtualization, since the ARM architecture may not support everything.
All in all, it’s a brilliant machine, and I can’t wait for mine to arrive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a techie I was really sceptical about laptops being powered by Snapdragon chips. I've always known Snapdragon for being the chips in premium smartphones and couldn't see how they'd be able to also make decent chips for laptops. Well, I was wrong.
The Snapdragon X1 is equivalent to mid tier AMD and Intel laptop chips but has the added bonus of a phenomenal battery life.
The laptop is absolutely stunning to look at and a breeze to use too.

I have not owned a personal laptop for a long time as I have a work laptop that I can use for personal use but a laptop like this is in another league,. I would highly recommend this laptop and for the price it is excellent value for money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very competitive pricing. Firstly the Laptop is super light weight and thin so very easy to carry with you. The battery also lasts for at least 15hrs and that is opening apps and browsing, so no need to carry a charger with you.
This Laptop I would say if you want it for day to day use or working as a student you can’t go wrong, excellent battery life, light weight and good pricing. The OLED display is fantastic. The laptop also charges up fast up to 50% in 30 mins. There is no slot for a SD card but is does have USB C Ports x 2 and USB A Port x 1
