I like that I don't have to worry about ordering the ink and that it knows when to send me more. Also, it is easy to use, and I've had no major issues with it. I have it connected to the Wi-Fi and my phone so I can easily print from my laptop or my phone when needed. The print quality is good and it prints fairly quick. I am happy with this product for my office.

Extremely hard to set up. Forced to a monthly fee for inland paper. Print quality is not crisp, especially if you are trying to print photos.
