This is an awful waste of money. I can only print from my phone or tablet. It won’t print from my new laptop. I’ve had hours of help from hp but it goes right back to the same thing. It says it’s not connected

When I purchased the printer, I was unaware that it would not take XL printer cartridges and without printing all that much, I have already blown through the first printer cartridge set (black & color) that I installed in late April. So, I'm a bit disappointed in that. Admittedly, maybe I should've done a little more investigating and questioning when I purchased the OfficeJet Pro 8135e. I do like the size of it though and I'm not ready to invest in a replacement printer so soon.
