I am very dissatisfied with my new printer. I have always used HP printers in the past but this one is not working well at all. I would like to know if there is a warranty on it because this printer is useless. I am not able to use it and was hoping a friend of mine could solve the problem. She has been ill and unable to help me at this time. If there is a warranty can you tell me what I should do. The other problem is I bought it on line so have no place to go to settle this.

So far it is working great. For a printer its specification, the color printing takes a while to produce. Overall it is a great printer

The 8135E does not seem to be as well-made as my previous 6970. I was not able to open my ink cartridges. You might want to think about helping older customers with this. I resent having to keep the printer on in order for insta-ink to work. I value energy conservation.

This is a replacement for an older model of the same printer.
I picked this model, because I had great success with the older model.
I used your Techie to set up the new machine, it was done properly in a short period of time.
I also renewed my ink contract, as I was extremely happy with my past experience in receiving replacement inks on time.
