Works great. Still learning to navigate it. The only issue I have with it is the length of time it takes to communicate with the computer, iphone, etc. It takes longer than my previous HP printer. Love the 12 months free ink.

Why, when the printer is designated as "8139e", does "9120e series" appear on screen? Is this my computer or an HP issue? Compared to the HPOfficeJetPro 8600 which served me, problem free over many years, this is a disappointing product.

I already use two other models of HP deskjet printers but not at all happy with the third printer 8135e that i bought. first the setup went into a loop during the update of the printer. it would not install. finally figured a way to stop the installation of the updated software. wasted almost 2 to 3 hours of my time just for this. next the power cable does not fit into the power port of the printer. it is very loose. if you move the printer slightly, it falls off from the port. i would have returned it, had i known about the power port loosening earlier. basically it did not go through a proper QC and the software release update was again not tested.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
