I have had many HP printers in my business and personal life and this one is my least favorite. It seems to have a mind of its own, it will get a hic-up and restart the printing process from the beginning not just once but sometimes twice. Also not my fastest printer. Touch screen is very "touchy".

I like the way the prints come out very nicely. I used the printer a lot when I printed instructions for "my children when I pass away".
One thing I do not like is the slowness of it actually printing. I t seems to have to go through this back and forth of the printer heads and the black cartridge periodically pops out of the holder and then I open it up and push down the cartridge and then it works quite awhile. When the print gets fuzzy I think do I need a new cartridge.

I liked the many functions, especially the fax....I'm not crazy about the multiple ink cartridges, got kind of use to the 2 cartridge printers. The print to PDF is a cool feature. It prints a little louder than my previous HP, but it does print faster.
