Quality is poor on the printing. HP tries to rip you into their ink service and you can't use other cartridges. Wish I would've never bought it. Likely will go in the garbage; never buying another one of their products again.

The printer/copier is pretty good and easy to set up. It does, however, without warning, periodically require too many steps to get it to work. Even more troubling, the HP automatic service for resupplying coper ink is, no pun intended, incredibly spotty and unreliable.
