I tired of haveing to changeing printer settings from regular paper to envelope when I need to print an envelope. On my printer I could print envelope without making any changes. I also don't like when I scan a document of more than one page I have to scan each page before I can send via e-mail. Beyond that everthing is OK

Really like this program. Never run out of ink and do not have to worry about running to a store that carry what I need! I wish I had signed up for this service a long time ago!
