[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone has made transferring from my previous model seamless and easy to use. The phone has a great camera and resolution for the screen. Additionally I like the AI features and the ease of use without the need to type everything.

Disappointing...

Not impressed. I want my phone (Galaxy Note Ultra 20) back. I held out trading in or purchasing new because I loved my phone and it's features, and they stopped making the Note series (I've had every model since they came out) It's like they added a bunch of features, and removed all the good stuff from previous models. Like, yesterday I went to take a family picture only to find the pen doesn't work... that's literally the only reason I want the pen. There's no flip covers available for these. I work in the trades, and that is a must to protect the screen. I'm so disappointed. I really just want my old phone back. I've been a Samsung loyal customer since the first Galaxy. I think I will start checking out other manufacturers. I really wanted to give it 1 star, but the phone does work so far. Also, their Shop App is pretty glitchy and I ended up getting a white case instead of a black case.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The blazing-fast refresh rate is a dream, and the camera is simply incredible. Performance is top-notch, handling everything with ease. Battery life is exceptional, lasting all day. The sleek design and vibrant display are also huge pluses. Samsung has truly outdone themselves this time!

The Ultimate Phone of Phones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the seamless action across apps! My previous phone was cumbersome and ineffective given my needs, but my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is my everything-in-one phone. The AI and Google Assistant features make talking and texting effortless tasks when I am driving. I can pull up files and work that I never could on my previous phone. I take notes using the voice recorder and easily use the audio erase feature when I no longer need them. And the pen gives me creative abilities I never imagined possible. Photos are more dynamic, videos record infinitely better, and I have 3 times more storage on this phone. I can't imagine now why I waited so long to upgrade, but I know now that this was the best decision to make for me.
