Gets hard to reach places

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm loving the vacuum so far! It mapped out my floor plan well and gets under the coffee table and other furnished areas that my normal vacuum can't reach without moving the furniture. You do have to be careful what you leave on the floor though. It did get tangled up on a cat toy we had lying around, but that was the only thing it has gotten caught up in. As far as battery life goes it can do my whole house on one charge (about 1300 SQ ft) and emptying it out is easy. Overall, I'm happy with the product.

Easy set up and cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not expect this little thing could change my day this much. We got 2 hairy dogs in the house and I got allergy problems, so vacuuming is the no.1 task in daily cleaning. We don’t have to stress about it anymore since I got this Shark. It’s very easy to set up, entertaining to watch lol, does its job well, easy cleaning and maintenance since the brushes can be detached with ease, and convenient since it can be controlled through my phone (even when I’m not home). I have not use any vacuum robot before so I got no baseline to compare it with, but it did help making my days a bit easier than before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I are honestly impressed at how well the Shark Matrix works, considering our cat is VERY furry and sheds a full cat every day! This performs just as well as our Dyson Animal stick vacuum and other Shark models we’ve had in the past. We’ve never had a robot vacuum before but I would totally buy one now. We lovingly named ours “DeFurminator”. The pics are after ONE cleaning and one day’s worth of fur. It is pretty smart and thorough with mapping out each area. Two small critiques is that I wish you could schedule a “matrix clean” on a specific area instead of the entire floor and you can only map one floor at a time with this model. These are really the only small, fair critiques. The vacuum navigates over objects impressingly well. Definitely give this model a try if you’ve considered a robot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have kids and a dog… those things alone mean we are always vacuuming. This little thing has helped save us a bunch of time! I run it at night when we are sleeping and wake up to clean floors (at least until the kids and dog wake up!) i highly recommend this vacuum.

Can’t imagine life befor it

I am able to program my vacuum to clean my floors while I’m away at work. I have both carpet and hardwood and it works great on both floors and it doesn’t miss any spots. The app is easy to use and I would recommend this product to anyone

Great for hardwood and carpet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really enjoying this robot vacuum! It was super easy to set up the vacuum and get the app going. It was also super easy to set up a schedule and create ‘no go’ areas. Cleaning out the dust bin is a breeze, and I do that after every cleaning. I do sometimes have to take scissors to the brush roll to get the hair off the brush🥴 It picks up so well on carpet, I can’t believe how much it still picks up from the carpet when it cleans 3 days a week.
Here are my negatives - I wish the app showed where the vacuum was when it is cleaning. That would make it so much easier to find if it gets stuck. And last, you just have to really make sure you have certain items picked up off the floor (ex anything with string). Things like that get stuck easily around the side arm brush.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this vacuum due to the ease of setting up and using. I also love they give ideas for your vacuums name!

The best robo vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t really think of a reason to not like this product! First off, the app is incredible! I love the option to only have it clean section of my first floor. Second, it’s so quiet compared to my old robo vacuum. I suppose my only minor complaint is that it does take a while to charge, but since it’s so amazing I think it’s well worth the benefits over this one tiny thing.
