Convenient little vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is super nice, it seamlessly goes over my hardwood floors to my carpet. It picks up up all my cats hair, however it’s a bit loud. The app allows the vacuum to map your home layout, and for my small apartment it’s convenient I don’t have to vacuum all the time. It just runs while I’m at work. You do need to set it up on a clear wall, so if you have a lot of items you’ll need to move some stuff around. Also prior to setting it up—it will run on a clear floor. Overall, this is a good vacuum!

Shark Matrix is a game changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having tried different robot vacuums, the Shark Matrix was amazing. The navigation was fantastic and provided a very thorough job of cleaning our hardwood floors and tile. Game changer for a mom with 3 boys and 3 dogs!

Makes Vaccuming Effortless!

The vacuum was very simple to set up via a QR code and step by step instructions on the app. It isn’t too loud and will stop if something is in it’s way! I used it after I hadn’t vacuumed for awhile to test it’s power and it easily sucked up all the dirt and dog fur! My floor looks great! I love that I can run it with a touch of a button on the app! Or schedule it to run when I need! This makes keeping the house clean so much easier! I would 10/10 recommend!

Can't live without

I can't rave enough about this little robot vacuum. I have a thick, shaggy rug that it can move across. It picks up cat hair and dust and kitty litter with no issue. It even sucked up one of my socks. Whoops. Be sure to do a thorough floor check before unleashing the Shark. Ha. I like that I can do other chores and leave it to this vacuum to take care of the house.

Worth the set up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setting it up right is the hardest part of using this robot vacuum, but the more care you put into the set up, the easier and better it'll be! Make sure to avoid cords and properly block off areas, or vacuum is likely to get stuck and need to be rescued. Otherwise, robot makes life so much easier! So easy to run a regular routine, to target specific rooms, or to spot clean a smaller area. Highly recommend!

Best kind of robot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I’m really loving my new shark robot. I had another brand robot vacuum that this is replacing and it’s been 100% an upgrade. This model is so much quieter which is important as I usually run this while I am working from home. Additionally, the mapping feature is so helpful. I love that it can recognize furniture and other items that are in its way and avoids them vs. knocking them over like my old one did. It’s obviously too soon to tell if the non-removable filter is an issue, but I’m very happy with this upgrade so far!

Picks up the dog hair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is great!! I feel like with a big dog I am forever cleaning up the hair. I can run this every day and it saves me so much time! I was worried the dog would hate it, but he mostly ignores it now. I can’t believe I waited so long to get one. Only complaint is the bin is small so I have to dump it often and the hair sometimes has to be pulled out manually.

Better than Competition

It was easy to set up and has awesome features like Self-Cleaning Brushroll for Pet Hair, No Spots Missed on Carpets and Hard Floors, Precision Home Mapping, and Wi-Fi. My floors looked cleaner using this vaccum vs. the competition.
