[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What can I say I'm in love, and blown away at how amazing my new shark robot vacuum cleaner works!! I love the fact that I can activate it using the app linked on my phone to it having it clean whenever I want and from where ever I am to!! The robot vacuum cleaner maps your home so it learns as it goes making sure to clean all or the areas within your home and very well I might add. I'm honestly truly impressed with how advanced the technology is in this shark robot model vacuum cleaner.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have other Shark vacuums, including the Rocket, and have always experienced great performance from them!!
Shark Matrix did not disappoint me!! I followed the Quick Start guide because I was eager to try it. After charging, I began the robot. The navigation is the main appeal to me! No spots missed; it mapped the living room floor and moved in a precise grid, did not go in random directions and avoided obstacles. The cleaning action is strong; two furry dogs plus grandkids with crumbs put this vacuum to the test and it passed my standards!!
To me, this Shark Matrix vacuum performs as advertised and to my expectations! Very pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got this I was very skeptical thinking no way is this going to work but after I used it I was very shocked & surprised. Love the fact that it’s for hard wood floors and carpet. Very easy to operate. Love the fact that it has an app you can use ..just makes me lazier..just kidding. It’s definitely one of the best..that I’ve ever used. This is great for pet owners…picks up hair great. Shark products never seem to disappoint me. Would definitely recommend to others you will not be disappointed.

Great robot vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Matrix shark vacuum is great. I don't really need another ap on my phone for a household device, but this one is easy to use and you can pretty much set it and forget it. The vacuum does an initial "mapping" run in your house and has surprising accuracy. Then you can program a schedule and not need to worry about it. The only thing I would change is that the dust collection bin is in the back where the device meets the charger, so you have to pull it off the charger to empty it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I got the Shark Matrix Robot Vacuum I was super excited. We have a fairly large home and it takes a long time to vacuum so I was hoping that this would lighten my workload. It was easy to set up and the app is great and simple to use. When mapping out our home it didn't seem to get close to the walls and edges so once it started vacuuming it missed all of those spots. It also doesn't seem to pick up much dirt and on the carpet areas so I have to go over those with our upright Shark vacuum (which I love by the way). On the hardwood floors and linoleum it does great. It is easy to empty the trash compartment and clean out the rollers. I also appreciate the find my robot section in the app for those times it gets stuck under a bed or dresser.
