[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a joy this was to use on my carpets! How beautiful and clean they came out! Easy to hook up to use on the Wi-Fi. Always love Shark products and this one does not disappoint! I have never had a robot vacuum and this one will not disappoint!!!

Deep cleaning leaving no spot missed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such an amazing robotic vacuum cleaner. It's easy to set up. I like how app on phone is easy to use and I can do on demand spot cleaning as needed. This vacuum is easily mapped out allowing no spot missed whether it's day or night. It gives a deep clean with 50% more power. It's great for carpet and hardwood. All the dirt and pet hair is easily cleaned up. When the robot needs charged, it returns itself then goes back to cleaning after its charged. I can use my app, Google or alexa to spot clean. I love that my floors are cleaned and u don't have to do it. This helps with my health issues!

Saves us time!

It mapped out our house so it knows where to go, and we can even select a certain room for it to go to. I love how well it cleans and parks itself afterward to charge. I'm so glad I got it!

Gets caught on everything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum gets caught on so much stuff. It gets caught on my area rugs, sucks the bathroom rug up in it, and it also ripped my door stop end off resulting in it getting scratched up. The mapping works really well, and I was using it to vacuum my entire upstairs where I have 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The vacuum does do well going from my carpeted room to my luxury vinyl plank flooring with ease.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good vacuum over all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought id try this robot vac to see how well it would do with two dogs in the house. It does good over all. I just wish I would have gotten the larger dirt bin with it. It does a great job picking up the dirt and dog hair. We just have to empty the small dirt bin very often, or else it over flows and the thing will just continue to pick up what it spit out. It is nice that it parks itself back on its dock to recharge when it is done. I do really like that feature. Over all I do like this vac, but will need to get the bigger dirt bin for it soon!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this vacuum has changed my life. it cleans great. i am not at all tech savvy but it was easy to set up the mapping of each room/floor and then to get started with vacuuming. i was able to download the app and connect it easily to my network. the app walks you through it easily and i was able to have it up and running in less than 20 minutes and i'm clueless about these things. once it was running did a good deep clean. appearance looked much better after cleaning. easy to clean the vaccum after use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing product- it makes cleaning the floors so simple and easy. We have two cats and it does a great job getting all of the hair off the wood floors and carpets. It is also very smart- it does not fall off stairs and has enough power to traverse over small obstacles on the ground. It navigates the space very well and the dust pan is exceptionally easy to empty. The only cons are 1) that it is very difficult to connect to the phone app- I have tried a few times but plan to call customer service next 2) it is a bit loud but less so than a vacuum. Overall this has made life much easier and I highly recommend this product!

The Shark Matrix is a beast on our pet hair issue. It works so well and has made an amazing difference in daily cleaning. I love how easy it is to use and how well it remembers my house layout!! A+ in my book!!
