I am happy with the size, and the length of time that my water stays cold, even sitting in the car, where I use it the most.
Extremely disappointed with the sipper opening, as it does not flow at all well, and requires almost complete tipping to get any water out. Often that results in spillage.
I put a straw in today to avoid this issue; however, the standard straw is not tall enough for this size cup, and it fell in! Having a straw in it also defeats the purpose of the click tight lid closure.
The description and photos show a 'tuck tight' handle and that is not at all true of this model. It has a rigid handle that sticks out on one side - which makes it a bit unbalanced and easy to tip over when sitting on a desk or other flat surface.
I don't know if the Sport Sipper works any better than this model, as the photos do not show what the sipper looks like, nor what the built in straw looks like,

I love the size and slimness of this tumbler. It does not hold ice like they said. It melts in less than 5 hrs inside not even on a hot day. I expected more from igloo. I’m waiting to hear from the warranty dept.
