This coffee pot surprisingly exceeded all of our expectations. The hot water tap is fundamental in heating up our coffee cups to secure us with a nice hot cup of coffee. It also is fantastic for hot tea and hot chocolate! It's very easy to use and very durable. I love it!

As much as I love Cuisinart products, thought I would enjoy the newer design of this model. Purchased as a replacement, it operates as a Cuisinart product does, reliable just not as functional as older model. Matter of personal preference.

I purchased to replace the cusinart model chw-12 due to constant water leak after only 1 yr of use. This Model appears better constructed. I hope it will last longer than one year because I love the on-demand hot water function.
