Coffee tastes better. Stays hot with temperature control. Had a different coffee maker before also did not want to spend allot. Hot water dispenser is a great feature. Love it!

I love this thing. I am a tea drinker. My wife drinks coffee. It took a lot of searching to find a coffee and hot water machine. Surprised there aren't more on the market. Hoping for a newer model with a higher hot water capacity.

There is a leak where the water hose is connected by a clamp. Unable to set overnight for brewing in the morning as all the water runs out on my counter.

Makes great coffee and the hot water feature is a nice little bonus that works well for making tea or hot cereal. Simple controls and easy to use and clean, although the set-up instructions for programmed brewing were a bit confusing.

I would prefer the water receptacle hold a lot of water and then just brew what I select. With this model you pour the amount of water you want to brew every morning. Not a big deal, just wasn't expecting it.
