I love this coffee maker because it has the hot water feature. I use it regularly. I really like that the carafe was updated, from the previous version, as it does not dribble coffee when you pour it out.

My only feedback would be that the opening to pour water in only has a little handle on the right side. It’s a little awkward especially if you are holding the pot with your right hand and you are petite. If it was on both sides or at least had an area to lift it up from on the left, filling would be easier

My husband drinks coffee and i drink tea so this appliance is perfect for us. I like the new design that how the hot water is dispensed. So far we are really pleased with the purchase and have neen very happy with it. The 3 year warranty is an added bonus because they stand behind their product.
