I would have given 5 stars if the on/off switch was on the handle and the attachments were not in such an awkward place. Everything else about the vacuum is good. Plenty of power, easy to empty container, 2 different floor nozzles, easy to grip handle which is great if you have arthritis in your hands. Because of my painful hands, I sometimes have to grip with both hands and the attachments and holder are in the way. I'm always knocking into them so will probably just remove them since I don't use them often.

Great Vacuum for the Price

This vacuum has gone above the expectations that I had set when I first purchased. It has tackled about everything that I have used it for without bogging down. The actual capacity that the Canister will hold is more than I expected. HOWEVER, I will say that some of the small bits and pieces on the vacuum which are plastic seem to break very easily which is why I gave it a 3/5 score. Despite this, the vacuum has continued to work fantastically. Carpet, Hardwood, or tile this vacuum will do the job. I would definitely buy this again. I also like that you have the ability to buy individual parts from Bissel to replace anything that may break or need new again.

Poor suction

The handle on this model is more durable Then the other bissell hard floor canister vacuums however the suction is not as good as the other models

I love the product . I was looking for something specifically for hard wood floors and decided to go for this one. The only thing that I wish were different is the size - storage in a small condo is a bit difficult.
