Very disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have mainly hard floors with a couple of area rugs. The suction is not great no matter what attachment I use. Sometimes I have to place the vacuum head directly on top of something in order to suck it up. It's constantly tipping over and the plug is too short. I have to use an extension cord so I don't have to keep bending over to plug and unplug while vacuuming my house. Plastic guard for hose has already broken. I have only had this vacuum for about 6-7 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

TOO MUCH SUCTION!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The suction is very strong and makes it hard to maneuver when using the floor attachment. I added felt pads to the bottom so it was not flush with the floor surface and made the wand easier to handle. But then the brush did not engage so I took it off. After my adjustments it works great, picking up a lot of dirt in the cannister. Carpet attachment works satisfactorily, no complaints. The unit does tip over frequently and the cord is short that other vacuums that I've had.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Switching out the heads for different flooring types might be a hassle. The machine is lightweight and easy to carry, so that's a plus. And I love the design! I'm looking forward to using it a lot. It has a lot of suction and I really like how much dirt it pulled out of the area rug.
